Angela primarily provides legal assistance to the firm’s corporate clients on M&A operations and group reorganizations where she conducts and coordinates due diligences and drafts complex agreements. Angela has been involved in all of the significant M&A transactions on which PGI has advised in the last 10 years and she has acted as a project manager in several pan-European acquisitions.
Angela also assists telecommunications and energy corporations doing business in Italy.
