Giovanna is a senior associate of the firm specialized in insurance and reinsurance law. She focuses on providing legal assistance to insurance companies on regulatory matters with particular emphasis in structuring complex insurance products such as new unit linked products distributed on a cross border basis.
Her insurance experience also includes the drafting of distribution contracts and pre-contractual and contractual agreements required for compliance with ISVAP regulations for life and non-life products, regulatory matters connected with the incorporation of the Italian insurance companies, establishment of branches, and notices for operation on a European services basis; assisting on D&O, Financial Lines, health insurance and life insuance policies disputes.
