Expertise
Kai Hosse primarily oversees the co-ordination of the firm's multinational Energy Team, with particular focus on renewable sources.
Kai advises international clients, such as investors and constructors/producers with regard to the construction and implementation of renewable energy plants. He has broad experience in the drafting and negotiation of real estate contracts and in all matters pertaining to the acquisition and securing of land for the realization of wind and photovoltaic plants.
Kai also advises on regulatory matters and assists in negotiations with national and international public authorities for the granting of permits and authorizations. His practice areas emcompass energy, environmental and administrative law.
He has been selected to conduct a study on the Italian regulatory system of the gas market which will form part of an expert's report for a Japanese public entity on the European gas regulatory system.
