Expertise
Roberta primarily works in the field of corporate and commercial law and has significant experience in assisting companies on various corporate and commercial matters and in drafting commercial contracts. She is a permanent member of the M&A team at PGI.
Roberta further assists Italian and foreign clients on maritime transactions with particular emphasis on the construction and financing of mega-yachts.
She is also specialized in the energy industry and has a considerable knowledge of the renewable energy market. In particular, she advises international clients, such as investors and constructors/producers with regard to the construction and implementation of renewable energy plants. Roberta has broad experience in the drafting and negotiation of project purchase agreements as well as share/ quota purchase agreements for the acquisition of special purpose vehicles. She also assists clients in all matters pertainning to the acquisition of land for the realization of wind and photovoltaic plants and in drafting and negotiating EPC and O&M contracts.
