Expertise
Roberta primarily works in the field of corporate and commercial law and has significant experience in assisting companies on various corporate and commercial matters and in drafting commercial contracts. She is a permanent member of the M&A team at PG Legal.
Roberta further assists Italian and foreign clients on maritime transactions with particular emphasis on the construction and financing of mega-yachts.
