ISVAP Regulation on Transparency

The issuance of ISVAP's regulation on transparency and new forms for the summary documentation to be delivered to insured, will be delayed.
Probably, the regulation, that already underwent public consultations that ended on December 10, 2007, will be subject to a second phase of public consultations mainly concerning indemnity insurance contracts which are expected to cause a further delay for the final adoption of the regulation
