Professional Liability Insurance Policies

On December 17, 2008, ISVAP adopted resolution no. 2664 that abrogated - as of 31 December 2008 - the obligation for intermediaries enrolled in sections A and B of the Register of Intermediaries to file, within February 5^th of each year, an annual statement attesting the renewal of their professional liability insurance policies.

Nevertheless, intermediaries enrolled with the aforementioned sections remain under the obligation set forth under Article 37 of ISVAP Regulation no. 5/06, to renew these policies on a yearly basis, unless they are multi-year policies.
