Information Technology

PG Legal’s Information Technology and Communication team works in close collaboration with its clients to explore, evaluate, and assess the opportunities, risks, and costs associated with their proposed business activities.

The approach of our ITC practice is to assist our clients in clarifying business objectives, creating possible strategies for achieving those objectives and defining a project plan for the development and implementation of the business. To this end, we conduct a preliminary comparative analysis of European countries to determine the most advantageous markets for the sale of the company’s product line and the best location for the e-Business from both a legal and commercial perspective.

Our expertise extends to all areas of information technologies and communications, including, B2B, B2C, e-procurement, software/hardware development agreements, outsourcing, and telecommunications. The members of PG Legal’s ITC Team are regularly invited as speakers at conferences and seminars addressing legal issues related to the Internet, telecommunications and new technologies and have acquired throughout the years’ significant experience in the fields of data processing and IT safety issues.
