Rita is a senior associate lawyer of PG Legal specialized in insurance litigation. She successfully represents the insurance clients on the firm in complex D&O and Financial Lines disputes. Rita assists Italian and foreign clients in pending civil and business law disputes before the ordinary legal authorities. She has gained significant experience in handling complex disputes and litigation in the area of corporate, bankruptcy, business, and contract law, as well as in the area of fiscal law.

In the course of his professional career, Rita has assisted numerous clients in handling transnational disputes and litigation, providing support for carrying out the procedures required by the foreign jurisdictions, and preparing defense strategies in contexts involving multiple jurisdictions.
