Domenico advises major foreign life insurance companies operating in Italy on Freedom of Service basis. He is a financial tax specialist with a special focus on insurance companies’ taxation. Domenico also advises on “voluntary disclosure” procedures (2015 and 2017) and provides “family office” services to “High Net Worth” individuals (asset protection, inheritance planning and tax consulting). Domenico works as tax advisor of multinational Italian companies requesting “Patent Box” tax relief. He advises Italian companies on corporate tax and VAT compliance. He is author of articles published by major Italian tax magazines (Il Sole 24 Ore among others)
