EXPERTISE
Enrico is an expert in administrative law, admitted to the Bar and to practice before the Supreme Courts in Italy. Enrico represents private and public companies, state organizations, banks and financial institutions, private equity firms operating principally in the public utility sector. His areas of practice include environmental law, private and commercial law, insurance law, domestic and international arbitration. Enrico is a legal advisor (LEGAD) as a reserve officer for the Italian armed forces. Academics Adjunct Professor in Administrative law at Urbino University, Faculty of Law, he worked as researcher, editor, a teacher in various Italian research institutions.
