EXPERTISE
Frank is a founding partner and he represents the firm’s German corporate clients whenever legal assistance is required on issues such as corporate, commercial, property and administrative law. He assists clients in M&A operations in connection to which he advises on a wide range of matters related to the acquisition of the corporate interest. Recent engagements in the M&A sector include the acquisition of Italian companies by foreign investors in different industrial sectors (energy, real estate chemical, natural products, system and product certification). He advises in energy law from renewable sources in all aspects of Italian law in relation to the development, construction and implementation of energy plants (CCGT and Renewable, with particular emphasis on PV and Solar). In the Real Estate sector, Frank has assisted funds in the purchase of commercial property and private investors in the purchase and/or development and construction of estates. Frank and his team have advised various multinational clients regarding the compliance of their data protection policies with Italian law. Recent engagements in the Real Estate sector include the incorporation of Real Estate Investment Companies and the assistance in the purchase of real estate through auction procedures implemented by Italian Courts. Frank is a regular speaker at conferences and events on legal matters regarding various aspects of Italian law.
