Today blockchain, NFT, smart contracts, and crypto-assets are words increasingly used in the Web 3.0 world. They describe concepts that are disrupting the economic and business world and gaining reliability in markets very different from each other (among which, by way of example, the ones of art, financial, transport, or agri-food).
Still today, however, the meaning of these concepts is unknown to the greater public: it is not clear to many what such instruments are and how they could be used in order that huge potentialities and opportunities they offer are fully leveraged.
For this reason, PG Legal has created for you an (in)formative path dedicated to the world of Non-Fungible Token (“NFT”) aimed to highlight subjects on general topics such as what NFTs are, how to create, buy or sell them, how to protect yourself when you buy or own such assets, how they are regulated by Italian Law and European Law, which is the tax treatment to which they are subject, how these assets could be used for your professional, business and/or commercial activity.

Blockchain, NFT, smart contracts e crypto-assets rappresentano ormai termini sempre più utilizzati nel mondo del Web 3.0 ed indicano strumenti che stanno letteralmente stravolgendo il mondo dell’economia, acquisendo sempre più importanza in mercati molto diversi tra loro, quali, a mero titolo esemplificativo, quello dell’arte, finanziario, dei trasporti o agroalimentare.
Ancora oggi, tuttavia, il significato di questi strumenti è sconosciuto ai più. A molti, infatti, non è ancora chiaro cosa questi siano e come poterli utilizzare, così da poter sfruttare le immense potenzialità ed opportunità che questo mondo offre.
Per questa ragione, PG Legal ha creato per voi un percorso (in)formativo dedicato al mondo dei Non Fungible Token (“NFT”), attraverso il quale approfondire tematiche generali quali cosa sono gli NFT, come crearli, comprarli o venderli, come tutelarsi in caso di acquisto o possesso di questi strumenti, cosa prevede la normativa nazionale e comunitaria in materia, a quale regime fiscale sono assoggettati, e come ed in che modo poterli utilizzare anche per la propria attività professionale, commerciale e/o industriale.
