Giovanna Aucone, partner at PG Legal and head of the firm’s insurance team, and Domenico Rinaldi, the firm’s tax advisor, will reply to questions of the insurance operators at the tax and legal webinar organized by PG Legal in collaboration with Association des compagnies d’assurances et de réassurances.
On this occasion, Giovanna Aucone will speak about the legal aspects of IVASS Measure no. 97 of 4 August 2020 and IVASS Regulation no. 45 of 4 August 2020, focusing in particular on distribution networks for insurance companies operating in LPS, on the identification of the negative TM, of the DUR single reporting document, while Domenico Rinaldi will focus on the tax aspects related to trusts and life insurance, transnational inheritance tax, DAC6 and the tax regime for “new residents”.
