PG Legal is pleased to announce that Rita Franceschelli has rejoined the firm as Counsel, further strengthening its Insurance practice and supporting its continued growth.
Rita returns to PG Legal after spending a year at a leading international law firm with a strong focus on the insurance sector, where she further developed her experience advising insurance companies and intermediaries on contractual and regulatory matters.
In her new role, she will focus on strengthening relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities, contributing to the continued expansion of PG Legal’s Insurance practice.
Insurance has been a core area of expertise at PG Legal for more than thirty years. The firm advises Italian and international life and non-life insurance companies, intermediaries and other market participants across the full spectrum of insurance law, including IVASS regulation and the European regulatory framework, such as IDD and Solvency II, distribution and agency networks, life and unit-linked products, litigation and claims management.
The team also has extensive experience in cross-border matters, including assisting EU insurance operators entering and operating in the Italian market. This longstanding track record has established PG Legal as a recognised adviser in the Italian insurance sector.
