Gianfranco Puopolo, partner and head of the PG Legal’s Superyacht team, will be attending the Hill Robinson Technical Seminar in Carrara (Italy) on 7 May. He will be part of an expert panel discussing the role of the captain and other senior officers in the building or buying and selling process of a yacht. He will also discuss some of the key issues in yacht construction or sale and purchase contracts where the experience and knowledge of the captain is essential to the successful completion of the transaction.
Lorenzo Ranieri, partner, will provide a brief update on the legal (including employment) and VAT aspects that captains, project managers and yacht managers should be aware of as we are at the start of the 2024 season.
