On September 23rd 2021, IVASS published some clarifications concerning Provision no.111 of 2021. In particular, with reference to Art. 14, it has been specified that for the year 2021 only, the deadline by which the “qualified” insurance intermediaries are required to send IVASS the communications envisaged by Art. 11, paragraph 4, letter a) has been postponed to November 30th 2021. In addition, this reference to paragraph 4, letter a (non-existent) is to be intended as having been made to letter a) of paragraph 5 of the same Article 11 of the Provision.

CHIARIMENTI APPLICATIVI SUGLI ARTICOLI 11 E 14 DEL PROVVEDIMENTO N.111 DEL 2021
In data 23 settempre 2021, l’IVASS ha pubblicato alcuni chiarimenti applicativi al Provvedimento 111 del 2021. In particolare con riferimento all’art. 14, è stato specificato che per il solo anno 2021, il termine entro il quale gli intermediari assicurativi “significativi” sono tenuti a trasmettere all’Istituto le comunicazioni previste dall’articolo 11, comma 4, lettera a) è stato posticipato al 30 novembre. In aggiunta, detto riferimento al comma 4, lettera a (inesistente) è da intendersi come effettuato alla lettera a) del comma 5 del medesimo articolo 11 del Provvedimento.
